CEO of American Red Cross New Jersey–Rosie Taravella

Recently, I had the opportunity to talk to Rosie Taravella, the Chief Executive Officer of American Red Cross New Jersey. After finding her passion in the nonprofit sector, Taravella was determined to help her community and make a difference. Though ARC is an international organization, each region of its influence is devoted to specific community needs: from hurricanes in New Jersey to earthquakes in California. In this interview, Taravella and I speak about the sustained demand for blood from many patients and how ARC has shown resilience despite these unconventional times.
